I have gained valuable teaching experience working with students up to Class 8 in both school and tuition settings. Currently, I am teaching at City Montessori School (CMS), where I am involved in creating a positive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment. My responsibilities include lesson planning, preparing teaching materials, delivering lessons effectively, managing classroom activities, assessing students' progress, and providing individual academic support based on students' learning needs and abilities.
Along with academic instruction, I focus on encouraging critical thinking, active participation, and confidence among students. I believe in simplifying complex concepts and using interactive teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and meaningful for children.
In addition to my school teaching experience, I have also taught students through tuition classes and community-based educational initiatives, which has given me exposure to diverse learning needs and backgrounds. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication, classroom management, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
